Your Tasks:

IONOS is Europe’s largest hosting and cloud company managing more than 8 million customer contracts and hosting more than 12 million domain names in our own regional data centers around the globe. Our goal is to help our B2B customers grow their business through the use of our modern technologies, innovative products, and functions.We have a long history in supporting not only entrepreneurs taking their first step online, but also business owners who are scaling their operation as well as large enterprises and partners. To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a seasoned leader to build a team focused on driving adoption of IONOS in the French market. This individual will build a business by helping pre-existing hosting clients to leverage the power of Cloud technology and onboard new customers in the SMB and enterprise space, as well as agencies, web professionals and developers. The right candidate must have the business savvy and sales leadership background necessary to hire and build a cross functional team including sales, solutions architecture, partner and product teams to deliver accelerated business growth.

  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Inside Sales, Account Managers, Partner Managers and Solutions Architects covering the French market.
  • Work with cross functional teams of technical, marketing and product experts to create and execute a strategic business plan, inclusive of market segmentation, sales approach, as well as marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Manage recurring account management and pipeline development process.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Scale the business by working with partners to extend reach and facilitate adoption.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and act as the IONOS leadership sponsor for these customers.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to IONOS and senior leaders.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations involving legal, marketing and business terms.

We Appreciate:

  • 10+ years of technology sales and business development experience, ideally with general Cloud, IaaS and/or SaaS experience.
  • 4+ years leading and managing teams of software solution sellers and partner organisations.
  • Success track record exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives as well as IT & web professionals and experience with decision making processes in enterprise customers.
  • A technical background in engineering or computer science is a plus.
  • French Native, Fluency in English (written and spoken) required. Knowledge of German is a plus.
