Your Tasks:

Our customers come first and we work hard to gain and maintain their trust. As a trainer (f/m/d) for German customer service, you will support our employees in the technical training and further education of our online services and products. With your always positive attitude, you are convincing in training and master even complex requests from your stakeholders with confidence. Achieving our goals and recognizing potential for improvement are your top priorities.

  • You are imaginative in carrying out the training and further education of new as well as experienced employees, with the aim of improving service quality, performance and thus customer satisfaction.
  • You are the contact person for training, communication and sales-related issues within the German customer service environment.
  • You will carry out continuous training analyses for our divisions in Germany across all locations and design needs-based training measures and create up-to-date training documents.
  • You are a reliable and highly motivated mentor for our employees and external partners and thus ensure the success of IONOS through high customer satisfaction.

We Appreciate:

Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer service with at least two years of relevant professional experience in the training sector. Due to your experience, your excellent communication skills and your professional training personality, you are an accepted contact person also at management level and therefore able to achieve first successes in your new working environment at short notice.

  • Your strengths include initiative, reliability and a high degree of resilience, as well as a consistent customer and service focus.
  • You have a quick grasp, strong communication skills, technical understanding, as well as a positive sales mindset and are enthusiastic about new topics in a dynamic environment.
  • By means of your conceptual and communicative skills you find solutions independently and always keep the balance between perfectionism and pragmatism.
  • Due to your confident handling of common office applications, you have already mastered the necessary basics of your job.
  • You have completed training as a trainer (optional).
  • You have an affinity for technical products and online services (optional).
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as English as a secure foreign language round off your profile.
