Your Tasks:

Our marketing team manages all international online and offline activities for the IONOS Cloud division. As our Marketing Automation Manager you will develop trigger-based B2B lead journeys and marketing automation workflows across all phases of the buyer journey. Your goal is to increase qualified contacts, improve conversion rates, shorten buying processes and simultaneously increase marketing ROI. In doing so, you will act as an interface between Campaign Marketing, Sales, Website Team & Business Intelligence. The essential tasks are:

  • Developing communication strategy and lead nurturing campaigns in coordination with the Campaign Marketing team.
  • Administration of the Marketing Automation tool HubSpot including all campaign setups and workflows.
  • Project management for the migration of the Marketing Automation Tool from Pardot (currently still in use) to HubSpot including the connection to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Further development of the existing lead management mechanisms in HubSpot.
  • Setup and further development of lead scoring and nurturing.
  • Creation of reports and analyses in collaboration with the Marketing Analytics and BI team.

We Appreciate:

You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field or other higher education with a focus on business administration or marketing. In addition to that:

  • You have several years of experience using marketing automation tools (ideally HubSpot or Pardot).
  • You have experience with common CRM tools (ideally Salesforce Sales Cloud).
  • You are a marketing all-rounder* with an eye for technology, content and design. Knowledge of database marketing, data storage and cleansing is a plus.
  • Know-how regarding performing detailed data analysis and breakdown of forecast results.
  • Curiosity, creativity and open-mindedness are among your positive attributes, as well as holistic, analytical thinking and goal orientation.
  • You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
