Your Tasks:

In your position you will permanently create operational, tactical and strategic contact volume forecasts for different channels (calls, chats and written material) and provide these to the planning units. After consolidating and checking the capacities reported back, you will initiate measures to increase service levels in the event of acceptance gaps. You will be in close contact with the respective departments and the outsourcing managers in an international environment.

You will perform the following main tasks:

  • Providing and optimizing forecast calculations as a basis for volume purchasing (long-term) and as a basis for staff planning (short-term).
  • Identification of improvement potentials based on the collected KPIs.
  • Planning and modeling of external influences on the forecast (product launches, sales campaigns, marketing campaigns, routine changes, disruptions, etc.).
  • Contribute to the distribution of the forecast to the individual sites (external and internal) according to predefined framework parameters.
  • Consolidation and review of reported capacities and initiation of service level increasing measures in case of deviations.

We Appreciate:

You have successfully completed a degree with a background in business administration and/or comparable commercial vocational training.

  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the area of forecasting in a customer care environment.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel and pivot tables) is a basic requirement. Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • High analytical and conceptual understanding as well as solution-oriented approach are among your strengths.
  • Knowledge of processes in the customer care environment as well as English skills complete your profile.
