  • As a friendly and competent contact person for our customers, you will handle inquiries about our hosting products by phone and e-mail.
  • With the help of modern technology, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • As a customer champion, you recognize potentials to advise our customers individually and according to their needs and to offer suitable services.
  • You will work with your colleagues in a team to develop new ideas and further improve our customer service.
  • With internal training, you will become a professional in customer communication and our product range.
