Tasks

• Creating standard contracts and sending documents via DocuSign.
• Maintaining master data for our customers and partners in various systems.
• Providing support for invoicing and customer-specific billing.
• Creating training materials and documentation in English (including in Confluence).
• Supporting the development of a new efficient filing and contract management system.
• Identifying potential for improvement, participating in projects, and designing efficient processes.

Qualifications

• An eye for detail when handling data is very important.
• Independence, structure, and flexibility.
• A communicative personality with creativity for problem solving.
• Customer focus and service mentality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and GSuite.
• Very good German and English skills.
• You are available for at least 6 months (16-20 hours/week).
