Tasks

  • Main task: Maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Goal: Extend existing contracts through convincing personal contact.
  • Clarify the value and added value of offers and products.
  • Communication with customers via inbound, outbound, e-mail, chat, letter.
  • Meeting customer expectations and addressing customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French. Ideally German and English as well.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build a stable relationship of trust with our customers.
  • Confident use of common IT tools to navigate our internal systems, analyze customer data and quickly identify potential for customer retention.
  • You have a great affinity for sales and have strong negotiating skills to present attractive offers.
  • Team spirit and an eloquent manner are standard for you. To work closely and successfully with your colleagues to achieve the company's goals together as a team.
