Tasks
- Analysis and evaluation of customer feedback and complaints.
- Development and implementation of quality management processes and procedures.
- Support in creating and maintaining quality-related documentation and reports.
- Collaboration in conducting audits and assessments to ensure quality standards.
- Research and analysis of industry trends and best practices in customer service.
- Maintenance of quality management tools and systems.
- Preparation of customer service performance metrics and KPIs.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives based on quality management findings.
Qualifications
Ideally, you are studying with a focus on business administration, quality management, customer research or a comparable subject area. Internships and possibly vocational training are an advantage.
- You are a strong communicator (in German and English and ideally in another European language), analytical, and have a good understanding of process management.
- (Initial) knowledge of quality management principles, customer service standards, and industry-specific regulations.
- Interest in technology topics and willingness to learn.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge in handling statistical and analytical software such as R, SPSS or similar.
- You work independently, but also enjoy working in a team.
- Availability on at least two days per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week, during the semester break preferably more.
