Tasks
- Strategic and operational planning and implementation of international omnichannel, cross-selling, and upselling campaigns for our existing customer base.
- Effective customer engagement across all our communication channels (online, email, telesales, and mobile app).
- Collaboration with product management, marketing, and customer intelligence for targeted customer engagement.
- Creation of personalized customer communication and control of its delivery across various channels.
- Continuous analysis and optimization of campaign results to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Presentation of campaign concepts and results to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in sales or marketing – ideally in the IT industry.
- Experience with data-driven campaigns, ideally with CMS and email marketing tools.
- Interest in cloud and AI technologies and good technical understanding.
- Strong numerical comprehension and analytical thinking.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Independent, team-oriented, and goal-oriented way of working.
- Resilience and solution-orientation – you keep an overview even in dynamic phases.
